What to include in an enquiry

Please provide your order number or purchase proof and a short explanation. Include tracking information for delivery enquiries and relevant photos for damaged, missing or wrong items. Never include complete card credentials or account passwords.

Before sending goods back

Ask for return arrangements first. We cover eligible return postage and supply instructions or a prepaid label. Unless we specifically provide a separate return destination, use the business address listed below.
