The return service at RYZE Superfoods covers eligible returns, exchanges and assistance with goods that arrive incorrectly. Please arrange the return with our team rather than sending an unexpected parcel.

Start within the return period

A return or exchange can be requested within 30 days after delivery. Give us your order number or another proof of purchase. For a change-of-mind request, the goods must be unused and kept in their original condition and original packaging.

Return postage is our responsibility

Eligible returns are shipped at our expense, including change-of-mind returns and returns resulting from damage, defects, missing goods or fulfilment errors. We provide a return method or prepaid label. Unless our team supplies a dedicated return destination, the return address is 16 Washington Park, Maplewood, New Jersey, 07040, United States. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Tell us about an order problem

For a damaged or defective item, a missing part or an incorrect delivery, send the purchase details and relevant photos. We assess the issue and arrange the appropriate remedy. Requirements for returning an unwanted item do not cancel statutory rights or remedies for goods supplied incorrectly or with a fault.

Refund processing

Exchange or change an order

An eligible exchange uses the same 30-day request period and is subject to replacement stock. For a cancellation or an order correction, contact us as soon as possible before dispatch. We will review the request but cannot guarantee it can be completed. Goods already shipped are handled under the return conditions.
