About Credit/Debit Card

Choose a payment method displayed as available at checkout and complete any provider verification. A decorative card icon elsewhere on the site is not evidence that the card is enabled for every transaction.

USD, tax and the final total

Settlement uses USD. Review the item amounts, discounts, applicable tax and shipping in the final checkout total. Standard Shipping is free for US orders. Tax follows applicable law rather than a promise that every purchase is tax-exempt.

Keep financial details secure

Shopify and the selected provider handle payment credentials through their checkout systems. Full card details are not collected in our ordinary merchant records. Do not send card numbers, passwords or security codes to customer service. Authorisation and fraud-prevention checks may be required.

Declines, unexpected charges and refunds

Check the payment information or contact your provider after a decline. For an unexpected charge, contact us with the order reference, not sensitive card data. Approved returns are refunded to the original method within 10 business days after receipt and inspection; bank posting may take longer. See the Refund Policy.
